What is Included in a Behavior Consult?

• Review of your completed questionnaire

• A behavior evaluation of your pet

• A step-by-step plan for you to follow

• Follow-up as needed

 

Length of Appointments: Most consultations require 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Three follow-up phone calls or emails are included with the first appointment. You are encouraged to keep Connie informed of your progress or problems.

 

Our goal is to help you to be successful!

 

Appointment Times: Evening and weekend appointments are available.

Fees for behavioral consultation appointments:

 

$35 deposit at time of scheduling

 

$100.00 for appointment ($35 deposit applied to first hour)

 

Travel expenses additional outside Greater Binghamton Area

 

Payment: Payment is requested at the time of your appointment made by cash or check. There is a $25 returned check fee if your check is returned unpaid.

 

Cancellation Policy: Full refund of $35 deposit if given 24 hour notice. If you miss your appointment without prior 24 hour notification of cancellation, you will not be refunded your $35 deposit.
